Hi! My name is Mary, and I’ve been teaching two and three year olds at FBSP since 2006. I have two wonderful children of my own. My husband and I enjoy baseball, a love for dogs, and a true faith in Christ. I love working with children because God gave me a heart for their happiness, well-being, and success in learning!

Hello! My name is Susie. I have been an assistant teacher at First Baptist Schertz Preschool since January of 2022. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 2003. We have 6 wonderful kids and 3 crazy Great Danes. I think it’s pretty awesome that 5 of my kids attended this preschool and now I get the joy to work here!

I have a passion to spread God’s love and being a small part of these little one’s journey with Christ means so much to me. Watching them grow and learn is truly so much fun and such a blessing.

Hello, my name is Bailey. I started at FBSP as a teacher’s assistant in 2009. Since then, I have taught with every age group we have! I love working with kids. My favorite thing is watching those “light bulb” moments when a new concept all of a sudden makes sense to a child.

I’m Carly and I’ve been working in early childhood education and development since 2018.

Watching our classes learn, grow and develop their personalities each year is such a joy and I look forward to many more years playing and learning with the children here. I love Schertz First Baptist Preschool and am proud to be a part of the amazing group of people who work so hard and care so much.

Hello my name is Bianca, and I have worked at FBSP since 2018. I am married to my High school sweetheart, and we have 4 children, 2 of which attended FBSP! Being able to watch my students grow, and be a part in their educational journey, is an incredible gift! To watch children start to grow in their relationship in Christ, and partner with parents to help their children achieve wonderful goals while having fun, is a bonus! This will never be a job for me, it is a calling and I absolutely love what I do!! I can’t wait to meet you and your child!

Hello, my name is Nohelia, I have two amazing kids, Alize (age 7) and Victor (age 5). I love spending time with my family and love to go to church on Sundays. I started working at FBSP in September 2021 as a teacher assistant. I enjoy working with children because I feel I’m making a difference in their lives.

Hi, my name is Kristen, and I have worked at FBSP since 2016. I earned my degree in medical coding and billing, but thankfully God had other plans for me! I absolutely love working with kids. I love teaching them new things and watching their faces light up after they’ve mastered a new concept. The sweet hugs are definitely a bonus!

Hi! My name is Tara, and I’ve been at First Baptist Schertz Preschool as an assistant teacher since 2020. I studied music education at UTSA. I married my best friend in 2011 and we have two beautiful daughters. I love being a teacher because there is no greater gift than seeing the world through a child’s eyes!

Hi, my name is Paula, and I have been teaching at FBSP since 2016. I have been a homeschool mom, and still have two high schoolers at home, while my other six children are in college. I have been blessed to be involved in children’s ministries for over 20 years, and being a teacher in one of our four year old classes here has been an extra blessing. Not only do I get to introduce children to the ABCs, numbers, colors, etc., but I am also able to teach them about God and just how much they are loved by Him. Being a part of FBSP, and being able to work with so many other super people and partner with wonderful parents to be a part of our children’s lives in an extra special privilege.

Hello, my name is Ms. Yvette. I am very blessed to work as a teacher assistant here at First Baptist Schertz Preschool. I started my teaching career back in late 2021. I have served over 25 years in children's ministry.

I am very passionate about working with young children! I truly believe this is my calling from the Lord and I pray that everything I do would bring glory to Christ.
