Hello! My name is Susie. I have been part of the First Baptist Schertz Preschool family since January 2022, first as an assistant teacher and now as a lead teacher. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 2003. We have six wonderful kids, four crazy Great Danes, and our first grandbaby on the way! I think it’s pretty special that five of my children attended this preschool and now I have the joy of teaching here.

I have a passion for sharing God’s love with my students and feel so blessed to be a small part of their journey with Christ. I love watching little ones learn, grow, and discover new things each day. Being able to love, encourage, and teach them during these important early years is truly such a blessing. ❤️

Hello, my name is Mrs. Gaby! I am married to my best friend, and together we have three beautiful children, two of whom attended First Baptist Schertz Preschool!

I feel incredibly blessed to now be a part of FBSP and have the opportunity to work with and care for young children. Being a mom has given me such a special appreciation for these early years and the joy that comes with helping little ones learn and grow.

I truly feel the Lord has called me to work with children, and my hope is that His love is reflected in the way I encourage, care for, and support each child every day. I pray that all I do honors Him and helps create a loving, Christ-centered environment for our little ones.

Hello my name is Bianca, and I have worked at FBSP since 2018. I am married to my High school sweetheart, and we have 4 children, 2 of which attended FBSP! Being able to watch my students grow, and be a part in their educational journey, is an incredible gift! To watch children start to grow in their relationship in Christ, and partner with parents to help their children achieve wonderful goals while having fun, is a bonus! This will never be a job for me, it is a calling and I absolutely love what I do!! I can’t wait to meet you and your child!

Hi, I’m Brittany. I have been subbing for 8 years and this year I am the teacher’s assistant in the 3 year old class. I married my best friend in 2007 and we have 3 incredible kids who have all attended here. Now, I get the privilege of being on staff. I am so excited to be a part of these kids educational and spiritual journey. I love having a front row seat to watch these sweet kids learn, grow and also hear that Jesus loves them.

I have two beautiful daughters. I love being a teacher because there is no greater gift than seeing the world through a child’s eyes!

Hi, My name is Leslie, and I started with First Baptist Preschool in January of 2026. I have been married to my husband since 2009 and we have 4 boys.

I am a substitute here at the preschool and absolutely love to get to teach all the kids! I get to build special bonds in every classroom and It’s so special to see each and every one of them grow both in their faith and academically, from the little 2 year olds to getting kinder ready!

Hi, my name is Kristen, and I have worked at FBSP since 2016. I earned my degree in medical coding and billing, but thankfully God had other plans for me! I absolutely love working with kids. I love teaching them new things and watching their faces light up after they’ve mastered a new concept. The sweet hugs are definitely a bonus!

Hi, my name is Paula, and I have been teaching at FBSP since 2016. I have been a homeschool mom, and still have two high schoolers at home, while my other six children are in college. I have been blessed to be involved in children’s ministries for over 20 years, and being a teacher in one of our four year old classes here has been an extra blessing. Not only do I get to introduce children to the ABCs, numbers, colors, etc., but I am also able to teach them about God and just how much they are loved by Him. Being a part of FBSP, and being able to work with so many other super people and partner with wonderful parents to be a part of our children’s lives in an extra special privilege.

Hi, my name is Mary! I teach the afternoon extended care class. I have two wonderful children of my own. I am a baseball fan, have a love for dogs and live with a true faith in Christ. I love working with children because God gave me a heart for their happiness, well-being, and success and learning.
